Daily 7 November 2018 English

Today is our third day of practice. We entered the kitchen at 7: 00. As usual before we entered the kitchen we were ordered to check who was not present today. After that we oneline in main kitchen then we were gave a direction by the supervisior. Today I still handled the sushi plate. With my friends, we issued preparation from the chiller and prepared a special section for sushi so that when there is an order we are free to make sushi.

After we finished mice an place, while waiting for the open resto, I helped my friend who needed help. At 11:30 each of the sections is assigned to plating and presenting the handle. After all the presenting is complete, we open the order and all get ready in each section to account for the food we handled. For sushi,the consumers are less interested because some ingredients from sushi are made from raw fish and most consumers don't like it.

For today, only a few plates come out. After all the orders are done, we refill ingredients that are lacking. I went to the butcher section to order shrimp and salmon for tomorrow. After all, we have finished, we are cleared each work area and continued with GC. After the GC had finished, we rest and eat together. Even though what we eat is not so much and usually can't make some of us full, but we enjoy this time and we are still grateful to be gave cohesiveness.
