Today I arrived late at campus because I didn't know that we were at 7:00 in the morning. In accordance with the existing regulations, if among us there are those who arrive late, we must wear an orange vest that says "oops i come late" as our punishment and also we who are late becoming stewards today. After wearing an orange vest, I joined oneline and heard the direction from the supervisior. Today I handled sushi. Because yesterday I incharge so who prepared sushi I was my friend who was also the same handle main kitchen.

In the Edo period, "sushi" refers to pickled fish preserved in vinegar, but nowadays sushi is defined as a dish containing rice with sushi vinegar. There are various types of Japanese sushi, such as nigirizushi (sushi formed from fists), makizushi (sushi rolls), and chirashi (sushi rice on which there are raw fish). For the sushi platter menu, in one plate we serve 4 types of sushi. The 4 types of sushi that we present are nagiru, gunkan, temaki and norimaki. Each plate consists of two norimaki, one same, one tobiko, two gun and one temaki.

Nagiri is sushi where rice is coated with fish, shellfish and so on, at the top. Gunkan is sushi that is shaped like a small cup made from rice and dried seaweed, which is filled with seafood and others. Norimaki is sushi rice and seafood rolled on dried seaweed sheets. The Temakizushi means "cone-shaped hand roll". Temaki is made from nori seaweed which is filled with rice sushi, seafood and vegetables.
