Today was our second day of practice. For today we entered at 7:00 because we had to open the restaurant at 11:00. As usual before we entered kitchen, our grooming and tools are checked. We set it oneline and Mr. Ical gave us directions for what we will do today. Mr. Ical also explained to us the terminology of food that we will serve at the restaurant. 

Because yesterday I made a sauce from empek - empek, so I just needed to heat the sauce. After that, I continued to make tomato sauce for the mainkitchen section. Because of the empek - empek that we made the day before it became hard, then I heated the empek - empek which had been cut into pieces using a microwave so that the texture became soft. After that we divided the empek - empek portion.

After 10:30 we are required to presenting the food we handled. We also ask for a plate to service for presenting and for food that will come out to the restaurant. After each representative of each meal finished presenting, we also began to clear the work area to prepared for the open restaurant. around 12:30 we started the restaurant reception. After the restaurant closed, we will prepared the less ingredients. For empek empek me and my friends made it again because the empek-empek that had already been used up and for the sauce we threw away because it wouldn't last until tomorrow.
