Today is the last day we practice the first week of the a’la carte menu. Unlike the previous day, today we entered the kitchen at 8:00. After we are absent, we are oneline and Mr. Ical gave us direction. Because today is the last day,so the ingredients for the main course and some other food were sold out. So to cover this up, we issued a great for sharing of 10pax each for one menu. After we were gave a direction, we immediately prepared for the preparation of the open restaurant.

However, for the pastry & bakery section, we are not allowed to do before cleaning our area because our area is very dirty and messy because smt 5 has just been doing. So we are GC first. After GC finished our area, we also started doing. I still handle the rice pudding. For today I don't make rice pudding anymore because my rice pudding is still available. I started to platting. To beautify the platting, I use coral tuile, whipe cream and maringue so that the appearance of rice pudding can attract consumers

Coral tuile is a garnish shaped like a coral made of flour, oil, water and coloring. How can people also use squid ink as a coloring agent. Whipe cream is Whipped cream or what is also called whipped cream is thick cream made from 30% milk and cream fat that is shaken by using a shaker until it is bright white and stiff. Whipped cream is usually sold in liquid and powder form which is then mixed with ice water before shaking. Meringue is a sweet and delicious snack. Meringue can be used as a topping for pie cakes, such as lemon meringue pie and coconut cream pie. This simple food is made from egg whites whipped with sugar
