Assalamualaikum, Today was our second day of practiced. Yesterday we made the prickly dough from the paranggi apang. today we were going to made a apang paranggi . To made our apang paranggi we divided into several groups. I made a paranggi flask with my friend, Miftahul Jannah. After we had determined the group to made the paranggi flanges, we also started made the flats. For mde apang paranggi , it is not permissible to use a machine to stir the mixture, but must use hands.

If you made a paranggi floating cake using a machine for stirring, the cake that will be produced will also be different if you use your hand to stir it. To made a paranggi apang, the prick mixture is mixed with flour and also brown sugar and stirred by hand until it is well mixed. After that the dough is put into the mold and then made to expand. If the pots used to make paranggi apang are not good, then the paranggi apang made will not expand properly.

While we waited for the paranggi apang, we also made a modern cake whose main ingredient was glutinous rice tape. So we were given the challenge of making modern food from tape but did not eliminate the distinctive food and highlight the taste of the tap. so me and mifta are thinking of making mini-bright taste of tape. We put pure tape into the mini bright moon mixture so that the color changes to black. But unfortunately the taste of the mini-light is not so good so we have to rethink the modern food that we want to make.
