Daily 18 April English Version

Today back again to the 3rd day of practice week. Just like yesterday, we entered the kitchen at 08.00 am. Before we getting in, our grooming were check by supervisior like usual. After we put our bag in locker, we oneline in cold kitchen. then before we started we pray. After that, we oneline according to our team. Then we were reviewed by senior. Around 08.30 Chef Dino came in. chef Dino explained about the menu for today and he showed us how to marinate beef. menu for today was menu rotasi 2.1. is Chinesse menu

And the menu that we were preparing were appetizer and peanut salad, for our soup we served traditional egg soup, for our main course we served beef rice bowl and for the dessert we served tang yyan and Tang zhong for the bread. Our group will make Chinesse Spinach And Peanut. The groups two prepare for tomorrow's thai beef salad, tom yam goong, gai tod takrai, yam makeua yo, khau plao, and khao neow ma muany. Then we started doing at 10.30. I didn't started doing the chinese spinach and peanut sauce because we’ll do it around 12.00. Because the step were only blanch the spinach and grind the peanut. So, i helped the other team.

around 12.00 i started to boil water and blanch the spinach. After that mixed the blanched spinach with peanut sauce. open resto started at 13.30, so everyone was getting ready for plating from 13.00. Then i tried to plating the spinach and add some garnish on it. After all finished, open resto started. After all the food served we started general cleaning with senior. After general cleaning, we ate together. And we went home at 17.30, but before we went home, we surprised our boss genk because he has finished his college.
