Today as we enter the kitchen usually 8:00. Before we entered, our grooming checked first by supervisior. After that, we went to the kitchen and make oneline in cold kitchen. Today we do not open the restaurant, and today we just will prepare for lunch tomorrow. The day of the previous day, group 2 and group 1 tasked to prepare one in charge to continue the unfinished project. But today is some different because no one makes the project but the two groups prepare for lunch tomorrow and the group 1 helping the group two.

Incidentally my group got the assignment to help make dessert. For lunch tomorrow, we will present a menu that is Indonesian Menu. The menu are to appetizernya jalangkote we will serve, for our soup will present the implant utan, we will present konro maincourse fuels and for dessert we will serve green bananas. So we help create green bananas. Due to the green bananas we will present tomorrow, then we just make pisang ijo and for the sauce, we will do tomorrow

I will explain a little about  pisang ijo. Es pisang ijo
 is a kind of typical food in South Sulawesi, Especially in the city Makassar, This food is made from banana-wrapped with colored flour doughgreen, How to cook with steam in a steamer. The dough is made from flour, water, and green dye in a mixture of water with suji or pandan leaves. Usually green bananas served with sauce made from coconut milk and cornstarch mixture cave as a thickener for saucenya. So we began to prepare from 11:00 to about 15:00
