As usual, today we entered at 8:00 am. Today is the last day we open the restaurant because tomorrow have
entered the holy month of Ramadan. Group one is still making food for lunch and group two also still prepare for iftar tomorrow. Today we will make Chinese
food for lunch. As I said in the previous blog, my group would make egg drop
soup.
But before we start to
make egg drop soup, we review first. We review of hours of 8.10 and finished
around 10:30. After review, the group started making food for lunch. The
previous day, I had made the white stock for egg drop soup. Today we just
prepare other ingredients such as chicken that has been suir, egg, corn, corn
starch and peas. Once all the ingredients are ready, we started to make egg
drop soup.
We started to make egg drop soup around 11.00 pm and finish at
12.30. We open the restaurant around 1:30 pm. But this time there is an
alley a little different. Because tomorrow have entered the holy month of
Ramadan, so we had a meal together with senior. While open resto, we all ate and
were responsible for operasioanl during open resto is our friends who table manners in the morning. After we finished eating and the restaurant has
been closed, we GC and return approximately at 17:00
