Haloo back again on my
blog. As usual, in this post I will discuss my activities while in the kitchen.
Unlike in previous days, today we go in the afternoon. So we enter the kitchen
at 13:00 because today already holy month of Ramadan. Although we
fast, we still make prodak table d'hote menu. But today we do not open resto and food we going to make for iftar with seniors and lecturers. Today the two
groups responsible for prodak.
The menu will we make
today is thailand menu. The hallmark of thailand cuisine is spicy and full
flavor seasoning, but combined with a balance of sweet, salty, sour and spicy.
The menu today is thai beef salad, tom yam goong, gai tod Takrai, yam makeuayo,
Khau plao, and khao ma neow muany. Because today is the day terakir practice,
so prepare walkin sau group. So the two groups one help group to make a meal.
we started doing 13.00 and the food must be prepared in 17.00 diarenakan these
foods for breaking the fast.
I help the group in
charge to make khao ma neow muany. Neow khao ma muany (Mango sticky rice) is a
savory sticky sweetness blends fresh mango, one dessert from Thailand are quite
popular, aside from durian sticky rice or cassava coconut milk. after elesai
help make khao ma neow muany, I and some temn help seniors to make jalangkote.
