Daily 17 April 2018 English Version

Today we entered the kitchen little bit late because of we did ceremony first. We came in at 8.30. like usual before entering the kitchen our grooming were checked by senior. After that we did oneline in the cold kitchen. While waiting for the lecture to come and explain the material. We reviewed about basic material we have learnt from the semester until now. We reviewed until the lecture came. Today Pak Ical showed us how to cut salmon .

Pak Ical taught us the way, because our menu today was about Japanese food. For appetizer today there was okonomiyaki, for soup there was miso soup, for main course there was sushi, and dessert we had dorayaki. Pak Ical finished about 10 o'clock in the morning. After that we started to cook. The meal was ready to serve at 1 p.m. and the resto open at 2 p.m. Here are the products for today :





Except of making table d'hote today, today we also prepared table d'hote for Chinese food. There were Chinese Spinach And Peanut Salad for its appetizer, Traditional Egg Drop Soup for its soup, Beef Rice Bowl for its main course, Tang Yuan for its dessert and Tang Zhong for its bread. This time, my group got part to cook an appetizer. Today we just did the preparation for tomorrow
