Table D'Hote English Version

Today we went to the kitchen at 8:00 just like usual, before we went in, our grooming and tools were checked by the supervisor. After that, we went in to the kitchen. Before making the meals that we would like to served for lunch at the resto, first we made  onelined for briefing by our supervisor and then we prayed hopeing that everything going well and the consumer will love our cook.

Today, it was the first group that was responsible for the food that will be served at the resto. Our lunch menu were... for the appetizer we served ulang-ulang sambal, for the soup we served red beans soup, for our main course we served bebeh mnyatnyat, rice, sambal matah, and plecing kangkunh. And for the dessert we served bika ambon. While the first grouo preparing the foods for lunch at the resto, the second group were on duty to did a project and after finishing their project, they also helped us to prepared the food.

For my group, we were responsible to made main course which were bebek menyatnyat, rice, sambal matah, plecing kangkung and krupuk. We divided the duty in order to be faster and all the food were served right on time. We started doing at 8:30 and finished at 11:30. After everything done, we started plating and all the courses, appetizer, soup,maincourse and the dessert. All done. We open the resto at 12:00 and everything went very well. And all the food that we served were....
