Prepare Menu Rotasi 1 English Version

Today we were rather late going to the kitchen today then usual because we did a ceremony that we always do at the 17th of every month. About 18:15 we entered the kitchen after our grooming were checked. Before we practiced, mr.syahrial gave us material about rotasion menu. After that we were explained about the rotasiin menu that we were going to prepare for lunch at the resto tomorrow. We were given referrals by our suoervisor and then we were split into some groups that each group had their own job and responsibility.

the rotasion menu that we are going to prepare for tomorrow are for the appatizer we serve hawaian chicken salad, for the soup we serve shrimp bisque, as for the main course we serve beef stew, bake of potato, and zucchini saute provenvale, and for the dessert we serve butter cake (french bread). My group has the responsibility to make hawaian chicken salad. But because our salal have to be served fresh, so we only prepared for the dressing and the chicken. And as for the ingredients to make chicken salad dressing are chop onion, chop parsley and butter cream. All the ingredients are mixed together


After we were done, we also helped the other groups that was not finished yet. I helped the group that made bake of potato. So to make bake of potato is first of all the potatoes are cleaned and  blanched. After it is done, cut the bottom lart of the potato and put veg.oil on it and then cover it with aluminium foil. After that, the top part of the potato is notched and put it in tge sitepan that has been put salt before. After it is baked. We all done preparing around 15:10 and we did GC and headed back to our home
