Table D'Hote 2 English Version
This morning we went inkitchen at 8:00. Before entering the
kitchen, we were checked by the supervisor. Starting from grooming until our
tools is checked. After entering the kitchen, we make oneline. Before we
started our activities, as usual supervisor gives us direct that the day's
activities smoothly. Today the group 2 is responsible for the food to be served
at the restaurant. lunch today consisted of macedoine of vegetable mayonnaise
(appetizer), minestrone soup (soup), for there is a fillet of fish maincourse
menuiere, potato au gratin, and glaze root vegetable, and for dissert we
present the choux a la creme.
While group 2 prepare food to be served, we set up a group
of projects that will be achieved in the 5th semester later. So, this projects,
we had to choose one ingredient and develop it into something that has never
existed before. In one of our group consisted of 4 people and in this project
we have to each other and split open mind in order to find an acceptable idea to
general public. In the end, if our project is successful, we will introduce to
audiences beyond our discovery of this will.
At 11:30 am, we entered the kitchen
and prepare ingredients for lunch tomorrow. As for who will be presented for
tomorrow, we will present the chili appetizer over and over again, for we will
provide a soup of red bean soup, for maincourse we provide bebek menyatnyat, nasi
putih, sambal ulang ulang, and plecing kangkung. And we will provide dissert bika
ambon. After we finished prepare, we helped a group of 2 to handle food which
will be issued to resto. 12:00 resto open and we started to work for the food
that will be served.
