Continental Breakfast dan American Breakfast (English Version)
DAY REPORT ENGLISH VERSION
After all was ready we platting bread and ready
to be served at the restaurant. This is the bread that we serve :
Hello, we meet again in my second
posting. In my posting of this time I will tell my daily activities in the kitchen.
Today we went faster than the previous day at 7:00 am because of our open
restaurant. To this day we open the restaurant for breakfast and lunch. For
breakfast menu in our handled by the second semester (II) and lunch handled by the
fourth semester (IV). Breakfast menu that we put out today is "Continental
Breakfast" and "American Breakfast".
I will explain a little about the "Continental Breakfast" and
"American Breakfast". Continental Breakfast is the simplest type of
breakfast, Continental breakfast at the hotel was originally done by Europe and
Ireland. Usually consists of a dish Fresh juice / Fresh Fruit, Bread Pastry
with preserved, and Hot Beverages. American Breakfast also called a full
breakfast or meal menu morning the most complete and the most severe (more
calories). usually consists of bread and butter, preserves, cereals and porridge,
fruits, eggs, fish or meat and baverages.
My group got a part to prepare for
the continental breakfast and continental breakfast menu today that watermelon
juice, for bread we provide a soft roll, croissant and danish and
for preserve that jam, slice butter and marmalade. for baverage we prepare
tea and coffee. For bread, we stayed bake because the dough is in prepare
the day before, and for soft roll I have explained the ingredients and how to
make my previous posting. this is the dough that has previously been made:
