Daily Mid Test English Version

This is the first week of the Mid Practice Test. We divided into several groups and the Mid Test Day of each group was different. I entered group one and got a part for practice on Thursday. We have a system that helps each other in this Mid Test because the material being tested is a buffet so we need helped from other groups. Group one works together with group two, while group three works together with group four. Each group is required to prepared ingredients one day before their day in the middle of the test.

We arrived at 7:00 a day, which we had prepared earlier. We got Oriental Buffet. Food stays outside so we may have to finish at 11.00. Today we are assisted by a group of two. We will serve Thai beef salad for appetizer, pho bo and ingen no gama ae for soup, for maincourse we will present gai tod takrai, yam makeua yo, khau plau, tori no teriyaki and onigiri, and for dessert we will present tang yuan, khau heow ma muany and tang zhong.

The day before we had prepared so that we could finish at 11.00. At 7 o'clock we started to out all off our preparations from the chiller. It wasn't long before we were oneline to be absent and given a little direction from the lecturer. After that we started mid-practice. I handled soup, which is pho bo. Pho - ghost as Vietnam's national dish - throughout the country and around the world. In its simplest form, the food consisted of a fragrant broth poured onto a pile of fresh rice noodles and added with a few scallions, herbs, and delicious meat slices. Alhamdulillah, we managed to finish it at the right time
