Hello guys, come back to my blog. As usual, in this blog I will tell you about the activities I did while in the kitchen. As usual, we entered the kitchen at 8:00 a.m. At 7.45 we are oneline and our grooming is usually checked by a supervisior and our tools is also checked for completeness. After grooming and our tools have been checked, we are oneline in the kitchen. Today is Monday, so we only prepared for tomorrow's lunch. The menu for tomorrow's lunch is the celebes menu and my group gets a part to make soup. The soup on the celebes menu is soup saudara dan sayur labu santan

Sop Saudara is a typical dish from South Sulawesi in the form of gravy dishes with basic ingredients of beef which are usually served with complementary ingredients such as rice noodles, potato cakes, beef offal (for example, fried lungs), and boiled eggs. This dish is commonly consumed along with white rice and grilled milkfish. Before we started preparing, we were required to go to the main kitchen first, especially GC for the floor. We also started gc around 8.20 and finished around 9.15. After we finish, we are oneline

We are given directions for the menu that we will prepared. Because tomorrow there is a menu of soup saudara , so I maked a potato dough mixture to condiment from soup saudara. How to make perkedel kentang is very easy. The method is fried potatoes that have been cut before, fried potatoes because if the potatoes have a lot of boiled water, the water content will increase so that it is difficult to blend and to combine it the dough is added to the flour, so the potatoes should be fried. After that the potatoes are crushed and mixed with eggs, stirring evenly and seasoning. adono and the kettle was made.
