Halooo back in my blog, as you know, on this blog I tell you about all my activities in the kitchen. This is our third day in the kitchen. For today we will present eoropan buffet. The food contained in the eoropan buffet, which is for Appetizer, we will serve Macedonine of vegetable and fruit jelly salad. For Soup we will serve shrimp biskue and pumpkin puree soup. For Maincourse we present spaghetti bolognaise, spaetzle, vegetable tagliatelle. And for dessert we will present red velvet.

My group still gets a part to maked soup. Yesterday we prepared for biskue shrimp and pumpkin puree soup. I make pumpkin puree soup. How to make this soup is quite easy. First, baked pumpkin which has been cut into pieces with its skin is soft. After that, removed the pumpkin skin and blender smoothly. Boil white stock, after boiling, put the pumpkin that has been mashed, stir it evenly. After that seasoning pumpkin soup. After boiling, added roux. Roux serves as a thickener, pumpkin soup is a thick soup.

At 12.00 all meals are ready. At 13.00 the restaurant is open and all food is delivered to the resto. After that we taked a short break and continue to do GC. After we finished the GC, we ate. Food is shared equally. After the food is divided equally, we also eat together. After that we taked a break while waiting for Mr. Ical. Around 6:20 a.m. we oneline and Mr. Ical gave us a little warning and advice for us because we made a mistake today. After that we also go home each
